Plan your wedding at the Victoria Golf Club.

Our maximum seating for a banquet is 140 people, depending on table configuration. Maximum numbers for a stand-up cocktail style reception is 200-250 people. Our pricing structure varies and is based on a per person price, these prices are approximate. 'Cocktail style' receptions start at $19.50, 'sit down' style banquet $41 and a 'buffet style' banquet $44.50. Final price will depend on your personalized menu selection and market prices.

 

In accordance with the provincial liquor laws, all liquor, beer and wine for the function must be purchased by the Golf Club and cannot brought in by those hosting the function. Arrangements can be made to have either a hosted bar or a non-hosted bar or a combination thereof.

 

There is a $700 facility charge, this fee covers all your set-up, clean up, linens, staffing, etc and must be paid at the time the booking is confirmed (this fee is non-refundable). The Fireside Lounge is available for dancing and can accommodate either a live band or canned music. We also have an in house microphone and podium available for use.

 

Evening receptions may commence from 5:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. Afternoon receptions after 2:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.; (afternoon receptions can only be stand-up cocktail style). There is also ample parking available.
