A spectacular view of Washington State's Olympic Mountains and the Strait of Juan de Fuca greets you as you turn back into the prevailing wind to play this short but challenging par-4. An elevated tee gives you the first sense of the gusts that'll affect your play in the next few holes. The green offers close-up views of the struggle mariners face as they navigate the rip tide that runs between Trial Island and the 5th tee box.
Pro Tips:
The desired drives from the elevated tee are down the left side of this par 4. Often played directly into the wind, approach shots tend to come up short of this subtly sloped, slick green featuring a significant false front.
