The Victoria Golf Club prides itself on creating a home-away-from-home for our Membership. In large part, this is due to our staff longevity - some have been a part of our team for over 40 years! We believe this is a testament to the camaraderie of our team and the supportive work environment that we foster at the Club.
Employees have significant input into shaping their careers here. Many of our staff have been promoted internally over the years, returned after honing their skills elsewhere, or utilized the Club to develop their talents before pursuing a career in their chosen field. Another benefit of working at the Club is that we offer a Mentorship Program in which Members from a wide-range of professions volunteer as mentors to our dedicated staff, assisting them in reaching their ultimate career goals.
