Please note VGC is a private golf club and events must be either sponsored or hosted by a Member due to the Club's Bylaws.

The Victoria Golf Club's breathtaking vistas are the perfect backdrop for your special occasion. Our experienced team is available to assist with all your planning needs. The Clubhouse is an ideal venue for both formal and casual occasions, ranging from a birthday dinner, a celebration of life, engagement party, retirement dinner, golf retreat, and more. No matter the event, our experienced team will help you every step of the way, as well as providing a list of trusted vendors to assist with the decor, floral arrangements, photography, and accommodations. With breathtaking scenery that provides the perfect backdrop for any special event, your guests will be captivated by the spectacular Clubhouse facilities and surroundings.
The Dining Room's beautiful decor is enhanced with large picture windows overlooking the 16th hole. This room features an elegant setting ideal for formal dinners, large functions, and weddings, equipped with a projector and screen for your audiovisual needs. The wooden columns and stately fireplace are reminders of days gone by and the rich history of Oak Bay. Our team of professionals will ensure your special event is a memorable experience.
Macan's Pub & Patio renovated in 2007 and named after the internationally renowned course architect and Member, A.V. Macan, features a relaxing atmosphere perfect for casual dinners, fine dining, joining friends for lunch, or after a round of golf on Vancouver Island's most iconic courses. The pub also features a wrap-around bar (stocked with local beer and wine, and an impressive selection of fine whiskey and scotch), two flat-screen televisions and access to the patio, which overlooks the first tee and 18th green. The patio offers ample seating, screened from ocean breezes, and has multiple heaters and a gas fire pit to warm you well into the evening to continue conversations with friends.
The Fireside Lounge is the ideal spot for an après-golf luncheon, presentation, art auction or celebration of life. The room has a panoramic view of the 1st and 18th hole, as well as a beautiful fireplace surrounded by historic brick and 130-year-old trophies. This elegant room also features a dance floor, perfect for hosting weddings and parties.
The Todd Room with seating for 25, is located on the main floor and features a cozy fireplace, a ceiling fan to circulate the air, and large picture windows overlooking old fur trees and the entrance gardens. Equipped for video/PowerPoint presentations, it is the perfect setting for either a business meeting or entertaining a private gathering of friends and family.
The Boardroom located on the second floor is a quiet spot for small business meetings for up to 12 attendees. This room boasts ample lighting, flat-screen television, a whiteboard and plenty of hookups for audiovisual laptop presentations.
